Returns/Exchanges

Dygo is committed to provide products that you truly enjoy and are satisfied with. If you received a faulty item or any wrong product with your order please contact us within 3 days to receive the approval to return or exchange. You will need to provide us with the photos and the reason why you want to return or exchange your order. We offer full refund (except postage costs) if the items are returned in their original package and were unused, if received within 15 days from receiving the return/exchange approval from us.

Lost packages

Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please make sure you enter the correct shipping address before purchasing. If you are concerned about the package being lost or stolen you can always choose registered and insured delivery option at the check out.
