Pick-up at Dygo’s home

At the checkout you can choose to collect your order at Dygo’s home studio. This option is without a fee. After the purchase you will get an email with the information to arrange the date and time for your pick-up.

Bike Delivery

Emission free delivery by bicycle in the Central Copenhagen area is just 30 DKK (it will show up as an option, if your address is in our delivery zone). Next day delivery!

Shipping rates

Shipping rates are calculated according to the weight of the order. They start from 34 DKK within Denmark / 35 DKK (4.7 EUR) worldwide.

We are currently shipping with Postnord.

Postpakke collect option is available within Denmark.

All orders are sent for free when the order exceeds 499 DKK in Denmark and 899 DKK Worldwide.

All our delivery options are tracked, so you can easily follow the package on its way to your home.

Estimated shipping time

Denmark 1-5 business days / Europe 3-5 business days / Worldwide 5-15 business days.

Due to Covid 19 pandemic the delays are expected.

Customs (if outside of EU)

Customers are responsible for paying their country's custom fees and other taxes.
